Enrollment

All parents seeking admission for their child must:

  • Contact the office for detailed enrollment information and to obtain a copy of the application form.

  • Complete the application and return it to the school office with the non-refundable enrollment fee, a copy of the child’s Birth Certificate, and the corresponding Health Forms.

  • Once the school has received the registration forms, the non-refundable enrollment fee and the signed tuition agreement, a space will be reserved for your child.

  • If the school has full enrollment, the applicants’ names are placed on a waiting list. As space becomes available, parents will be notified and proceed to the next step of the enrollment process.

 

Enrollment applications are accepted year-round for the academic year.

 

 

Program Requirements:

  • The minimum age is 18 months old.

  • Toilet training is not a requirement for the Beginners Class, but is a requirement for the Primary CLass. 

  • Primary students must be 3 years of age or potty trained at time of admission.

  • Kindergarteners must be 5 years old by September 1 and must attend 5 days a week.

 

We do not discriminate relative to race, color, national origin, sexual orientation, religious and political beliefs, marital status or disability with respect to the admission of students or the employment of faculty and administration staff.  

 

Waiting List

  • If enrollment is full and you wish to be placed on the waiting list, please contact the Director regarding being placed on the waiting list.

  • If a parent of a current student needs to take time off/vacation/personal matters/etc., they must pay the tuition for the time the child will be out in order to reserve their spot.

  • After the first day of classes, new children will only be enrolled on a space-available basis.

  • Standard school policies apply.

 

 

 

Registration

A non-refundable registration fee of $125.00 is due upon enrollment, with a re-enrollment fee of $50.00 due each year thereafter.  This fee secures your child's enrollment until he/she begins school.  Classes are held September - May.
